Based in North Texas, John brings a unique blend of legal insight and strategic foresight—supporting the company’s complex land acquisition efforts, and large-scale residential projects. His background includes representation of developers, investors, and private equity firms, giving him a deep understanding of both the public and private sides of real estate law.

John is also a key legal architect in Sixth Element’s approach to capital structuring, joint ventures, and risk mitigation, helping the company scale responsibly while maintaining operational flexibility.
