Sid Vadlamudi is the Executive Vice President of Development & Construction at Sixth Element Homes, where he leads land development, vertical construction, and delivery of communities across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. With more than a decade of experience spanning real estate, IT, investments, and asset management, Sid brings a unique blend of operational discipline and entrepreneurial drive.

He has successfully built and scaled businesses to multi-million-dollar revenues, managed complex development projects, and guided cross-functional teams through all phases of growth. At Sixth Element Homes, Sid is responsible for transforming raw land into thriving communities, overseeing entitlement, infrastructure, and construction operations to ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability.

Known for his ability to execute on vision with precision, Sid plays a key role in driving Sixth Element’s mission to “Build What Matters” and in positioning the company toward its bold target of $1 billion in enterprise value by 2030.
